*Group reservations with 4 to 9 guests must be made 24 hours in advance by calling 828-430-3440. Advanced payment is required to hold reservations.
*Groups of 10 or more must make a reservation at least one week in advance. To hold a reservation for a group of 10 or more, 50% of the total group cost must be paid at the time of making the reservation, with the remaining 50% due one week in advance.
Pricing specials may not be combined.
Annual Pass
Annual passes are available for $250 for use of the zip line tour. Passes not transferable.
Non Profit and Fund Raising
We are excited to work with your non-profit group or organization to design fundraising strategies using The Beanstalk Journey as an educational tool to help your organization. Contact us for more details.
Cancellation Policy
Payment in advance is required to hold a reservation. Your reservation is considered final 24 hours before the scheduled tour. After this time there are no refunds or changes allowed. Zip line tours will go rain or shine, so please dress appropriately. If your tour is canceled due to heavy rain, lightning, severe winds, or other unsafe conditions, this may result in an opportunity to reschedule your tour. We require participants to arrive at least 15 minutes before their tour is to depart. This will allow you to get signed in and ready to go. Late arrivals are not guaranteed to be able to participate. In this case that you are late and unable to join another group, or cancling within 24 hrs a 50% refund will be given. If using a coupon a fee of $59 will be applied to your next reservation.
