Up to 10 guests can be in a group. We also have customized group packages available to accommodate larger groups.

What is the age limit?

Children as young as 4 can participate on the Zipline Course and Rock Climbing Tower
The Aerial Challenge Course is based on height, NOT age
- Must be above 60" to go alone
- If under 60" but above 48", participant must be accompanied by a chaperone (16 or older)
- Chaperone must purchase separate ticket

What are the weight requirements?

Maximum weight is 250 lbs
Tandem ziplining is an option as long as the combined weight of the tandem zip is less than 250 lbs

What should I wear?

What if it rains?

Tours will go out rain or shine so please dress according to the weather for Morganton, NC. Severe weather including thunder, lightning, and winds over 20 mph will require a tour to be rescheduled. Our staff will contact you before the time of your tour to reschedule.

Is there a waiver?

All participants are required to sign our waiver before participating in any activities. Guests under 18 will need a parent/guardian signature. Please check your confirmation email and follow the link provided to save time.

What is the cancellation policy?

Reservations cancelled 48 hours in advance of your tour time will be issued a full refund
Reservations cancelled less than 48 hours in advance are NOT eligible for a refund, but can be rescheduled
